Will patterns still be available for the same price?
Yes. You’ll have access to the same special pattern prices you’ve always had, plus be able to purchase catalogs. Shipping is free.
Will I have to set up an account before I can place an order?No. All of your information including school name and address is already in place. All you need to do is supply your email address, school code and billing information when you place the order. Will you still supply posters and other classroom materials?We will no longer be mailing out classroom materials, but you will be able to download and print posters, articles, measurement charts, and other materials from the Free Downloads link above.
Can I still mail in an order?We no longer send out mail order forms, but you will be able to print your order recept from this Web site and mail it to us. Once you have your patterns in your shopping bag, proceed to the checkout, complete the process and print the final order receipt page and mail it in with your payment. U.S. teachers, please keep in mind that you will get better service if you complete your order online.
How will I pay for my order?We will continue to bill on a school purchase order as we have in the past or you may choose to pay by credit card, or mail us a check or money order.
Although we are happy to honor school purchase orders, we regret that we are not able to fill out individual Vendor Data Forms for every school and school district. If your school district insists on receiving such information before they will process a purchase order, please select an alternative form of payment for your order. How long will it take to receive my order?You will receive your Butterick and McCall's patterns in 7 business days (in Canada 3 weeks). Catalog subscriptions will start with the next available issue. For questions about your order email email@example.com
How can I make returns?We do not accept returns on any merchandise ordered from SewCoolinSchool.com.
Can students look at this Sew Cool In School web site to select their patterns?
Yes. Students should first create an account. Then while they are viewing the patterns they can add their selections to their wish list. Students should then email the wish list to their teachers. Then the teachers can come to the site and order patterns for the entire class.
